PST's primary purpose is to prevent incidents from occurring by providing clients, and the communities they serve, with the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare for, mitigate, and avoid potential emergencies.  However, accidents still happen and when they do, PST will be there to provide on-site emergency response support with competent and highly qualified responders.
